This was a quote from Hippocrates back in 400 BC who is considered the Father of Herbal Medicine. I feel this philosophy has never been more in need than in our present environment. We have come so far from food in its natural state it is my belief this is a huge factor in our bodies becoming out of balance causing dis-ease.
I have a strong background in Cooking delicious meals and have experience teaching how to cook nutritious food in its wholesome state which is quick and easy to prepare with a focus on the specific health concerns of the individual.
